Choi Kwang Do is a modern Martial Art. It was founded on March 2, 1987 by Grandmaster Kwang Jo Choi 9th Degree Black Belt. This unique art has spread over 40 countries in the world. In India it was first 
introduced on 7th June, 1992. Mr. Bikram S. Thapa 4th Dan Black Belt (USA) Gen. Secy. & Technical Director of Choi Kwang Do Martial Art International (India) who has an experience of over 20 years and is successfully imparting the training to the students. He is the first Indian who has received the 4th Degree Black Belt from Grandmaster Kwang Do Choi. He has been promoted as an International Instructor & Examiner. He has been organizing seminars for furthering the popularity of this art and spreading knowledge about this art among people of various ages. 

Mr. Thapa has now taken this art to another level by setting up an International Level Martial Art School at SCO-193, 2nd floor, near Petrol Pump, Sec 16 Panchkula, along with his team of instructors namely Shiv Raj, Mr. Bampi, Mr. Rakesh Pradhan, Miss Kirandeep Bhangu. This School is the only of its kind in this Region. This school was inaugurated by Mr. Vinod Bagai- Managing Director Ess Vee Group. He is a well known builder of this Region. Mr.V.S. Kundu, - President of Choi Kwang Do India was also present to grace this occasion and told all the benefit of Choi Kwang Do as to how it really works on our health and cures all the diseases.
