It is with great pleasure that I speak with you today. Choi Kwang Do was established in India in 1992. Since then, our art has steadily grown in Asia and I am very happy that some of the Senior Instructors have been travelling to the neighboring countries to introduce our system. Regrettably, I am unable to visit India and train with you at this time as I am in the final editing stages of writing our Choi Kwang Do book. This manual will contain my 50+ years of martial arts experience as well as the concept and curriculum of Choi Kwang Do. I believe this book will benefit all instructors and students around the world.

I have therefore directed Master Marshall Pereira to travel to India and work with our instructors and students. I would also like to congratulate and wish you much success in the forthcoming training sessions and meetings in Bombay and Chandigarh. I look forward to meeting everybody in the very near future as I travel around the world to promote the much awaited Choi Kwang Do book.
